Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
Here are some of the frequently asked questions
we have responded to over the years.
Q.
If I obtain a quotation does it mean the holiday is available for the dates
specified ?
A.
No. Once you have obtained a quotation it will be necessary for you to contact
us to check availability. We do this for 2 reasons. The first is to give
us the opportunity to discuss your option with you to make sure you are making
the right choice for you. The second reason is to explain the booking
conditions including the deposits required and any cancellation /amendment
penalties that may be applicable.
Q.What do the holiday quotations include?
A.
The quotation will include your flight, hotel, any meal plans you have selected,
any special packages you have selected (ie honeymoon package), airport transfers
and UK taxes.
Q.
Is the price quoted guaranteed once I have paid my deposit?
A.
In the vast majority of cases the answer is yes. However there are
circumstances where the airlines add surcharges which must be passed on.
An example of this would be in the case of a sharp rise in oil prices.
Q.
Can I visit more than one island during my Caribbean holiday?
A.
Yes, you can visit as many islands as you wish as long as the inter island
connections work for your proposed itinerary.
Q.Can
I stay in more than one hotel on the same island?
A.
Yes. If you wish to stay on different parts of the same island we can arrange
this for you.
Q.
Can I change my itinerary once I have paid my deposit?
A.
As long as there is availability for the revised dates we will endeavour to make
any changes requested. There is a minimum charge of £50 per person to
change a reservation.
Q.
Can I change my itinerary once my tickets have been issued?
A.
Not without incurring fairly hefty airline cancellation charges.
Q.
Can I hold a holiday on option ?
A.
We can sometimes hold a holiday on option for 24 hours, thereafter we will
require a deposit to secure the reservation.
Q.
